Goldie was found abandoned barking in a ravine. The rescuers were ready to help her and take her out of there but she refuesed to leave and kept barking away.
At first, she seemed to be stuck, tangled in the briars … but as the rescuers came closer, they realized she wasn’t!
So, what was really Goldie stuck to? Why wouldn’t she want to leave?
Soon enough the rescuers realized Goldie was watching over a helpless orphaned kitten hidden under a tangled briar, and that she was refusing to leave her side.
Finally, the two were taken to a shelter together and Goldie continued to raise the kitten as her very own.
Eventually, Goldie and the tiny orphaned kitten were both accepted into a foster home together …
hoping to get for them a furever home real soon!
