The surreal green cat of Bulgaria

No, it’s not Photoshop and it’s not digitally painted either!

it’s a real-life green stray cat on the streets of Bulgaria.

Residents of the neighborhood were shocked by the bizarre color of this peculiar stray cat and were curious about the origin of its unnatural coloration.

At first, neighbors who regularly fed the cat and cared for him, feared that someone had played a cruel joke on the poor cat by painting it green. The truth, however, had nothing to do with animal cruelty.

His caretakers started to investigate a bit further and found out that the cat slept every night in a pile of powdered green paint at a local garage.

Their efforts to trap the cat and provide vet care were unsuccessful. However, neither the cat nor his friends seemed to be bothered by the peculiar color of his coat.

Despite his quite ‘uncanny’ appearance, the cat seemed to be in good health and gained great popularity amongst the residents of the area
