The world oldest cat in history was named Creme Puff. she was born on August 3, 1967 and lived until August 6, 2005.
Creme Puff was from Austin, Texas and currently holds the official Guinness record for longest living cat. Creme Puff died in 2005 at the remarkable age of 38 years and three days.

There is another cat that wants to challenge Creme Puff as the world’s oldest. A Swedish cat named Missan is claimed to be the world’s oldest living cat today.
According to the cats owner, Missan is currently 30 years old which would make her 136 in human years!

Missan lives in southern Sweden and if her age is proven she will be the world’s oldest living cat.
That record is currently held by Tiffany Two, from San Diego, California, who is 27 years old or the equivalent of 125 human years.
If her age is proven, Missan will surpass Tiffany Two as the world’s oldest living cat.
Missan is turning 30 this spring and may be the worlds oldest living cat. by far!
