A ray of hope for a tiny Ukrainian kitten.

A tiny kitten was found abandoned in front of a grocery store, in the middle of a warzone, in the Cherkassy region, Ukraine.

The poor little fur baby wandered around all night, desperately meowing for help

People walked on by ignoring her heartbreaking cry until a compassionate person finally picked her up, gave her some water and contacted FOUR PAWS International.

When they first met the kitten, they immediately noticed something was wrong and that she urgently needed help. They decided to call the little one Hope.

Hope would walk in circles all the time and showed a permanent head tilt. She was rushed to a local vet hospital for an exhaustive checkup.

The vet diagnosed he with a serious infectious in the brain and said she wouldn’t live longer than a week.

Hope couldn’t even eat on her own, she needed an expensive treatment and 24/7 supervision.

Her rescuers did everything possible so that Hope could live her life at the fullest and provided her the best possible care.

She started to move around freely and finally started to eat on her own again.

A few weeks after her recue and making a full recovery, Hope was adopted by a loving family.
