Broken-hearted cat mourns his late owner

Rambo had a special bond with his owner and when the elderly man passed away, he suddenly fell sick, lost his appetite and refused to even drink any water.

His condition worsened and he had to be hospitalised for a few days.

Rambo was very dehydrated but otherwise physically healthy and his vitals were normal.

According to the vet, cats can also experience loss and grief so the family decided to bring Rambo along with them to visit his owner’s grave.

Rambo walked solemnly towards the tombstone and sat down quietly there while they recited their prayers.

After visiting the graveyard, Rambo finally regained his appetite and now his former owner’s family make sure he remains well cared for.
