Does your cat drink enough water?

September 1, 2024Buddy, saved from abuse and neglect
Buddy was thrown into a cardboard box to live in a garage since he was just a little kitten.
His owners had mental health issues and he was abused for three years before he got rescued.
A neighbour happened to see him sick in the garage and called a rescue site; they came and took him to a vet.
He got well and was neutered and brought back to his owners, but they didn’t want him, so he went to a cat cafe to live in a cage.

I happened to stumble across this cafe and saw him in his cage with lifeless eyes: he had given up on humans!
The one thing that attracted me to him was that his coloring was just like my Hibari’s
I went back a week later and decided to take him home for a trial with my Hibari (she was 16 at the time)

He would not come out of his cage for 6 months. He was timid, scared, depressed and I didn’t think it was going to work out but 6 months later he walked out of the cage and the rest is history.
He is part of our family even though Hibari still reigns as Queen!
He has come such a long way. He loves his mom so much and even Hibari too.
We rescued each other! He’s a bundle of love!
Everyone loves Buddy! How could you not?
